In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning and delivery of strategic leadership routines and initiatives.
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to new employees on team
- Management and supervision of activities in India for the Supply Chain Business Management team (manage the workflow of 5 employees supporting various Business Management activities)
- Develop and lead Business Unit Reviews, manage monthly management tasks, develop/ maintain SCM’s OKR’s/metrics, In-office reporting, open position reporting
- Capable to lead conversations at Executive/Senior Leadership levels
- Business writing skills and executive presence, should be well thought, organized, and must have eye for detail.
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Recommend opportunities for Business Management process improvement
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- As a manager, you will provide leadership and coaching to team members. Attract, onboard, develop/train talent to build a strong team
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or higher or a combination of the following: Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certification in Program Management/SCM/Analytics
- SharePoint experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
