Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop team activities related to the maintenance of complete and accurate records of payroll information for India employees.
  • Engage and influence standards for practices and procedures of financial controls related to payroll activities
  • Identify opportunities for operating procedures with Regulatory and Compliance guidelines to substantiate audits
  • Determine appropriate strategy on payroll team to minimize legal consequences and impact operations
  • Coach resolution approach to organizational objectives
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
  • Lead team to achieve business objectives
  • Interact with internal and external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Payroll
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: HR Operations, Accounting, India Payroll, Payroll Tax, Compliance, or Operational Risk, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 10+ years of Management experience
