In this role, you will:
- The Internal Controls Program (ICP) Lead Operational Risk Officer role will support ICP Reporting, KRI Development & Maintenance and ICP Administration.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Support the ICP Leader and a US-Based Senior Lead Operational Risk Officer with the ongoing development and maintenance of control related reports and dashboards
- Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of control-related Key Risk Indicators (KRI) owned by the Internal Control Program
- Maintenance of related desktop procedures and fulfilment of certain administrative responsibilities associated with the ownership of a SharePoint site, DMS cabinet, shared drive and shared inbox
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 10+ years of risk & controls management experience, dashboard creation and reporting experience, of which 4+ years must include direct experience in banking domain.

- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Working knowledge of dashboard creation tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Other Desired Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of operational risk data components and related taxonomies
- Functional expertise and industry risk management knowledge.
- Strong communication, ability to balance business expertise and execution with a clear articulation of business requirements for a technical audience, in both verbal and written formats
