Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk
• Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
• Lead the change management and transition activities within a structured process framework – end to end transition support in process design, implementation support and monitoring mechanisms
• Create value for the organization by managing complex programs/ projects driving cost optimization, organization location strategy and growth strategy
• Lead projects across multiple operational areas serving as an analytical and procedural expert and appropriately assess business risk
• Provide guidance to others based on organization goals and company policy
• Determine appropriate strategy and actions to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for the function

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across Compensation & Benefits, Change management and HR shared services, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of Management experience
• Exposure to robust transition and change management methodologies
• Demonstrated problem solving and stakeholder management skills in a global organization
• Established project management skills
• Knowledge and experience of global practices & banking environment will be an advantage
• Experience in shared services processes pertaining to Compensation, Benefits or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Management experience
• Knowledge and experience of global practices & banking environment will be an advantage

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge and/or experience with Workday and Process Design
• Lead team through ongoing audit and validation review to maintain data accuracy
