About The Role:
This role is part of a Global Delivery team that provides support for U.S. and international HR processes, and key stakeholders will predominantly be U.S. HR and Total Rewards business partners. This role reports to the Global Delivery leader for HR India and the Philippines.
Human Resources develops and implements our “team members, candidates, and operational” strategies to support Client’s business objectives.
This role is part of the Human Resources Operations group and services the Displacements Operations Team as well as the Compensation and Performance Administration Team.
Responsible for communicating HRSD mission, vision, values. Providing long term vision, strategic planning and implementation of innovative programs to continually improve HRSD systems and processes. Responsible for developing and delivering enterprise-wide, integrated HR programs, services to all team members. Provides leadership and direction to HR programs and services and special projects which may include but are not limited to disability, workability, leave management and relocation. Serves as functional advisor to senior management. Planning and implementing innovative programs to continually improve safety, morale, well being, training and professional development for all HRSD employees and operations employees. Recommends performance metrics and measures and continually assesses the effectiveness and value of assigned programs and processes, in addition to assessing technology solutions to deliver a more integrated and seamless approach to HR delivery. Manages client/vendor relationships to support business goals and objectives; negotiates vendor service delivery and monitors vendor agreements to ensure vendor compliance. Exercises the usual authority of a manager, including selection and development of staff.
Sets enterprise-wide standards for practices and procedures for financial controls, and compliance with policy and/or law; aligns SOPs with Regulatory and Compliance guidelines to substantiate internal/external audits; partners with other HR departments and audit committees to strategize on business and/or enterprise-wide compliance approaches, and build better governance structure
Exceptional business acumen and finance skills across a wide range of topics and functional areas with extensive expertise in multiple, specialized topics

technology solutions to deliver a more integrated and seamless approach to HR delivery.
Interprets and applies Global Delivery strategies to operations. Process and change management champion. Supports a diverse work environment were differences are accepted. Collaborates regularly with other departments to produce better services and/or efficiency.
