Role Scope : Role will have a team of around 10 folks including 2 General managers who will report.
Role Reporting: Co - Founder and Chief Growth Officer
Work Location: Mandatory 5 days work from office based out of Bangalore
- This role is a leadership role in the Central Growth Org and will actively contribute to the central growth strategy aimed at delivering growth for all BUs. The role will work with the BU teams to guide them on the growth ambition for User Acquisition,.
- This role leads growth marketing for Client, spearheading efforts across user acquisition, for all business units. The incumbent owns the strategy and execution of performance marketing, promotions, and CRM while working closely with product, brand, finance and business teams to deliver growth for New Users in line with the overall BU and platform goals.

- Should be able to engage with and influence senior leadership on the growth strategy
- Should have a strong sense of evolution of the performance marketing domain, and of the rapidly evolving market dynamics in Quick Comm and Food Tech sectors
- Should be able to lead a large team & provide continuous support, coaching and guidance to ensure best in class performance.
- Premier business school graduate with 8-10 yrs. of experience, with at least 5 years in performance marketing and CRM
- Experience in leading growth marketing for large consumer internet companies
Roles & Responsibilities :
Business Growth
- Build the strategy for user acquisition for all BUs at Client and translate it into actionable goals
- Lead the promotions strategy for new users to hit the planned numbers
- Deliver and scale high intent, relevant traffic for all BUs
- Custodian of New User funnel in the organization
Channel Ownership
- Lead performance marketing for all BUs to acquire high quality new users
- Influence the product roadmap to build the right set of products to deliver top of funnel growth and improve conversions
- Design seamless and delightful app journeys for User Acquisition from onboarding to order tracking
- Own measurement, analysis and reporting of initiatives across acquisition, reactivation and traffic and use the learnings to drive continuous improvement in scale and efficiency
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and CRM
Stakeholder and Team Management
- Liaise closely with leaders across BU and CG team to drive the growth strategy for the organization
- Build a culture of continuous experimentation based on human insights and data
- Build, develop and lead a high performance team to drive execution for performance marketing
- Develop and maintain close partnerships with key external stakeholders like FB, Google, Appsflyer and agencies to deliver best in class business outcomes
