We’re hiring a seasoned Sales Director to lead enterprise growth for a data & analytics-driven business. This role is ideal for a strategic seller with sharp business instincts, regional fluency, and a deep passion for consultative enterprise sales.

This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll be leading CXO conversations, shaping large deals, driving strategic partnerships, and building a high-performance sales engine across India.

What You'll Own:

• Drive end-to-end B2B sales of advanced analytics, SaaS, and platform offerings

• Build and scale a robust sales pipeline, lead key account management, and close high-impact deals

• Partner with delivery, product, and marketing to align solutions with client needs

• Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and CXO discussions

• Inspire, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional sales team

What You Bring

• 12–15 years of enterprise or consultative sales experience in tech (SaaS, BI, analytics) or high-touch domains like FMCG, retail, telecom, or financial services

• Proven success in enterprise deal-making, sales forecasting, and account growth

• Fluency in English (business comms) and Telugu/Hindi (for regional connect)

• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and data-driven sales management

• Strong understanding of sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, or BANT
