We’re hiring a hands-on leader to build the intelligence layer behind our marketing and audience engagement efforts. This role goes far beyond campaign management — it's about using data, AI, and behavioral science to shape outcomes, drive segmentation, and power personalization at scale.

What You'll Do

Architect ML-driven engines for audience segmentation, LTV, churn, and predictive scoring

Build behavioral + psychographic models using CRM, social, and digital data

Design frameworks for influence scoring, attribution, and campaign performance

Power recommendation systems for messaging, audience journeys, and targeting
-
Apply machine learning to forecast sentiment, action, and channel response
-
Develop MVPs to test hypotheses fast and measure impact
-
Write production-level Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Collaborate with data engineers to deploy models on AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform
-
Champion best practices in A/B testing, model retraining, versioning

Partner with marketing/content teams to infuse analytics into creativity, not manage execution

Support sales with persona-level intelligence & predictive patterns – no quota carrying, just impact
You Should Have
-
10–15 years in marketing analytics, data science, or applied AI
-
Experience operationalizing ML for segmentation, personalization, recommendations
-
Strong command of clustering, classification, regression, and ensemble techniques
-
Deep proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries
-
Experience deploying ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Bonus Points For:

Exposure to political, health, or entertainment marketing domains

Familiarity with MarTech stacks or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)

Proven track record of mentoring analytics teams in fast-paced setups
