Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader who can bring both strategic capital (investment) and business expertise to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including partnerships with enterprises, recruitment agencies, and hiring managers.
• Establish and manage local business operations, ensuring a strong presence in the target markets.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive client acquisition among companies hiring Data Science, AI, ML, and Analytics professionals.
• Build relationships with HR leaders, startups, and MNCs to onboard clients and generate revenue.
• Monetize the platform through subscription models, job postings, and premium hiring services.

3. Investment & Financial Planning

• Provide an initial investment to fund expansion efforts, including marketing, technology, and operations.
• Develop a financial roadmap to scale the business profitably in the Singapore market.
• Secure additional funding and partnerships to accelerate growth.

4. Brand & Community Building

• Leverage LinkedIn, WhatsApp Groups, and digital marketing to build a strong data hiring ecosystem.
• Represent AnalyticsHiring.com in industry events, networking forums, and thought leadership discussions.
• Drive engagement among data professionals, hiring managers, and decision-makers.

5. Operations & Technology
