Our Client is seeking an experienced leader with 10-15 years of overall experience, including 5+ years managing high-performing teams in analytics. This role will manage 4-5 workstreams, collaborate with senior stakeholders across product, strategy, and engineering, and lead a team of 20-25 analysts. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, the ability to build high-performing teams, and expertise in creating data-driven solutions. A passion for data-backed decision-making is essential. Qualifications & Experience: •Bachelor's/Master's (preferred) degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. •10-13 years in analytics, with 4-5 years leading large teams, including people managers. •At least 7 years of hands-on experience in technical analytics. •Proven track record in solving complex problems with data, providing actionable business insights, and driving operational improvements. •Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with incomplete information. •Experience with testing models (e.g., hypothesis, regression) to advance predictive and prescriptive analytics. Responsibilities: •Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on excellence. •Transform complex business challenges into actionable insights, enabling fast, data-driven decision-making. •Build strong partnerships with business, product, and engineering teams to develop data-driven strategies. •Promote a customer-centric approach, positioning yourself as a product and data authority within the organization. •Champion a data-driven culture, balancing big-picture goals with granular analysis. •Identify key metrics to track business progress and design experiments to validate hypotheses. •Drive automation and self-serve platforms to address recurring use cases and improve insights. •Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate data and optimal instrumentation. •Manage project timelines and scope, setting high standards for delivery and execution. •Develop and implement training and skill-building initiatives to continuously enhance team capabilities. •Prioritize tasks based on stakeholder needs, ensuring high-impact outcomes. •Define the strategic roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
