This position will be part of a team responsible for leading and supporting ongoing technology enhancements for the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program within the Archer Shared Risk Platform (SHRP). The role will work closely with the Operational Risk Assessment & Oversight team to build out the necessary technology changes to meet the needs of the front-line business and regulatory commitments.

Primary responsibilities in this role will be:

Partner with technology, RCSA program, and other risk management programs (e.g., Internal Control Program, Key Risk Indicator, and Operational Risk Events) to support the gathering of requirements and the buildout of required functionality in SHRP

Lead discussions to gather business requirements focused on changing configuration within SHRP

Create detailed business requirement user stories to support needed configuration changes and lead the discussion with the technology team around the translation of the of the requirements

Develop test plans and test scripts to validate the configuration changes in SHRP

Execute testing in System Integrated Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configuration changes

Coordinate UAT with front line testers and provide reporting on UAT progress and testing results

Assist in the troubleshooting of SHRP production defects with RCSA program and front-line business

Perform as subject matter expert on RCSA SHRP functionality

Assist in the updating and maintaining SHRP training reference material

Additional qualifications:

10+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 10+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in risk management.

Knowledge and experience of gathering business requirements and translating them into technology requirements

Ability to balance business expertise with execution with a clear articulation of business requirements for a technical audience, in both verbal and written formats

Experience with RSA Archer platforms

Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

Knowledge of risk assessment terminology

Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Experience working effectively in a virtual environment
