Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop team managers and lead multiple teams to deliver best in class finance practices to enhance business management, executing on key initiatives, and processes across products and lines of business

  • Manage the tracking of changes and potential policy impacts to the Enterprise Complaints Management Office (ECMO) organization

  • Manage the execution of re-performance on samples of ECMO QC and QA teams.

  • Provide strong support to Complaint Review Guide (CRG), Initial Related Regulations (IRR), and Risk and Regulatory Reporting (RRR) change management and follow up.

  • Ensure the standardization of testing of the Advanced Listening & Safety Net programs

  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing risk mitigation initiatives

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for alternatives, approaches, or solutions through the use of robust financial, economic model, and complex non-models related to complex financial products, pricing strategy, regulatory standards, and other financial performance metrics and financial forecasting

  • Provide support for designing, testing, evaluating, implementing, measuring, monitoring, and managing finance models and strategies across acquisitions, account management, and collections

  • Drive initiatives that promotes understanding of the Client’s Risk Framework, Complaints Oversight, and Enterprise Complaints Management Office (ECMO) policy and procedures Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners

  • Collaborate with and influence lines of business, business partners, Operating Committee, Chief Marketing Officer, external agencies, regulatory bodies, industry forums managers, experienced consultants, and executive management on issues with high, critical impact on the success of the company

  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution

  • Engage with peers, managers, risk, compliance, and serve as an expert advisor to quality assurance team

  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

 

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 15+ years of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 10+ years Management experience

 



Salary 60-65L Fixed + Bonus
