In this role, you will:
- Participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components and identify opportunity for smaller scale, lower risk projects such as initiation planning, executing, controlling, and closing within change management
- Identify and capture basic project dependencies and interdependencies, ensure alignment of actions and artifacts with project policy, methodology and appropriate business deliverables are produced, maintained and milestones are met
- Exercise independent judgment to guide project plans, budgets, resolution of issues and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines
- Present recommendations for setting, tracking, and managing project financials and develop business related tasks for project planning and tracking
- Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in identifying, analysing and reporting the risks related to immediate deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with subject matter experts, sponsors, stakeholders, project roles, direct managers, program leads, project individuals, risk managers, business partners and outside vendors
Required Qualifications, International:
- 5-15 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation
- Knowledge on PM tools (Clarity or MSP), SharePoint, Estimation techniques etc.,
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills; strong understanding of core enterprise functions and capabilities
- Experience with Industry standard Project Management methodologies, frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or SDLC), and processes
- Knowledge of PM tools (Clarity or MSP), SharePoint, Estimation techniques is desirable
- Experience working on large-scale organizational change initiatives while working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise
- Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
- Leads by example with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills as well as having comfort with ambiguity and an orientation towards change
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision as well as process orientation and enforcement
- Candidates must be willing to work in night shift
Job Expectations:
- Consults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work.
- Develops and revises complex project plans and budgets, works with users to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
- Creates and delivers presentations to senior management on project goals and plans, including progress reports; may be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors.
- Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.
- Performs project risk analysis, develops, and implements program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics.
- May manage a program or a series of projects associated with a specific business function.
