About the role
Human Resource Business Partner for a business unit (s) with an overall strength of ~1000 team members. Responsible for complex / diverse businesses across multi city locations with complete operational & strategic responsibility for HR function

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR consulting support to an in-country business group/ enterprise function leader or, a OC+1 leader covering, but not limited to, organizational design, employee retention & engagement, change management aligned with the broader Enterprise HR and our Clients business strategy, compliant with our Client’s Policies and country labor laws and, whenever possible, consistent with market practices.
  • This is a senior individual contributor role  Acts as the primary HR resource of the in-country business group/ enterprise function leader or the OC leader.
  • Provide advisory and consulting services in support of the business groups/enterprise function s objectives.
  • Work with HR COEs in helping deliver a compelling employee experience for better employee retention and higher employee engagement.
  • Help ensure that the business group/enterprise function is compliant with our Client’s policies and country labor laws.
  • Lead the talent planning process starting at level 6. Collaborates/Leads in driving site-wide, business/ enterprise function-wide HR projects and priorities.
  • Partner with HR COEs, both in country or in the US, in addressing gaps when it comes to HR delivery including analyzing trends and metrics

 

Essential Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (preferably from premier business school)
  • Incumbent should have at least 12-14 years of relevant experience in HR and should have experience of working as HR Business Partner for Corporate Investment Banking Business a must. Experience handling HR for Front Office Teams will be of great advantage.
  • Strong business partnership experience in a complex/ matrix Organization - preferably someone who would have worked in GIC or alternatively has experience of working in BFSI sector
  • Preferably should have worked in matrix organization
